Large, clean, air-conditioned, equipped very well (mini bar filled every day (water + sodas + beer), domestic iron, ironing board, TV, radio operator CD…), renovated recently, small living room. Very effective chambermaid.

The best hotel than we made! The personnel is pro, effective even without tip, smiling, sympathetic, the dream! Especially with the Lobby bar where the service is perfect

Very good choice with the breakfast, good pastry makings (crescents, cakes), fresh fruits, and eggs, bacon… in short for all the tastes. Good coffee, choice of various teas.

With the meal, very great choice, food of good quality.

To note, that the water distributed by the waiters is mineral water out of bottle! and not of purified water.

Very large hotel but one does not have too the impression of crowd because there are many restaurants and dressers, they all are not located at same the places thus people scatter. The hotel is not very young but maintenance is good. The gardens are beautiful, the gardeners do not stop working.

Beautiful beach, even if it is not very paradisiac for us (if one compares with Cayo Largo or Guillermo). The sea is splendid. One can easily swim, to do a little snorkling (but nothing to see with Jibacoa). On the beach, it is necessary to ask a deckchair a person who brings them to you and the nettoye. Very practical system which avoids the reservations with blow of towel… Moreover, the people does not claim a tip, one needs even their mail to give them afterwards. There is largely enough deckchair.

Very large swimming pools (2) but bottomless… 20 cm per place!
